AIIZ Shipping Policy

AIIZ delivers orders through third-party parcel delivery service providers that operate independently and are not affiliated with AIIZ. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier’s operating process.

Please note that deliveries may take longer than usual during long weekends or public holidays (e.g., Songkran Festival, New Year’s Day).

1. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and holiday periods. Please note that a receiver’s signature is required upon delivery for every order.

Other provinces 3-5 working days

Note : *Delivery time is estimated from the order confirmation date.
AIIZ ships orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery may take longer during long weekends, public holidays, or peak periods.


2. Shipping Fee

Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery address and the number of parcels in your order.

Domestic Orders

  • Orders of 1,000 THB or above qualify for free shipping
    (Valid from 1 January 2026 – 31 January 2026)
  • Orders below 1,000 THB will be charged a 50 THB shipping fee

International Orders

  • Shipping fees for international orders vary depending on the destination country and parcel weight.

Please note :

  • International shipping fees do not include import taxes, customs duties, or any additional fees charged by the destination country.
  • If a parcel is refused upon delivery or cannot be delivered within the allowed delivery period, the parcel will not be returned to the origin country and may be destroyed by the third-party logistics provider. In such cases, customers remain responsible for all shipping costs.
  • International shipping fees will be calculated once items are added to the shopping cart. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout and charged together with the product total upon order confirmation.

3. How can I track my order?

You can check your order status as follows : 

  • For registered members
    Log in to your account and track your order status under My Account.
  • For non-members
    You can track your order using the confirmation email provided at the time of purchase.

Note : You may also check the latest delivery status directly on the courier’s website

4. What do I do if I don’t receive my purchase?

Kindly contact AIIZ Call Center and provide your order number so that our team can assist you with further checking.

5. What if I’m not at home to receive my package?

  • Before each delivery, the courier will contact you using the phone number provided to arrange a delivery appointment.
    Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the agreed date and time to avoid delivery issues.
  • If the courier is unable to contact you, or if the delivery is postponed or refused more than 3 times, the delivery will be automatically cancelled.

6. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, AIIZ offers international shipping worldwide, except for Russia.

International delivery typically takes 20–25 working days. Please note that shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

7. Return / Exchange Shipping Fees

In the case of a product exchange or return with AIIZ, customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred due to exchanges, returns, re-delivery, or re-shipment resulting from personal reasons and/or requests for separate deliveries.

All additional shipping charges must be paid via bank transfer or other payment methods specified by AIIZ. These fees will be billed separately and will not be included in the original order amount or the original shipping fee.
