In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, our customer service team will contact you via email or phone to inform you of the situation. You may choose to receive a full refund to the original method of payment or a Gift Voucher, in accordance with AIIZ’s policy.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number.
• Orders placed via the AIIZ website:
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Orders placed through an AIIZ administrator: A confirmation message with your
order number will be sent via chat.
If you notice that your personal information (such as your name, address, or phone number) is incorrect after placing an order, please contact an AIIZ administrator as soon as possible through the following channels :

The timing of the charge depends on the payment method selected.
• Credit/Debit Card: Your card will be charged immediately once your payment is confirmed.

At this time, in-store or warehouse pick-up is not available for online orders. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Product availability may vary between AIIZ stores and the AIIZ online store. The selection offered may differ depending on store location, seasonal collections, and business planning.
Prices and promotions may vary between AIIZ stores and the AIIZ online store. Differences may occur due to promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and store-specific initiatives.
We cannot guarantee that sold-out items will be restocked. We recommend checking back periodically, as our website is updated regularly with the latest product availability.
Orders for which a tax invoice has already been issued cannot be fully cancelled. However, you may contact an AIIZ administrator to request changes or the removal of certain items, subject to order status and processing.

PAYMENT
AIIZ offers the following payment
methods:
• Credit / Debit Card
Available for both domestic and international website orders.
• QR Payment
Available for domestic website orders only.
• Cash on Delivery
Available for domestic website orders only.
• Bank Transfer
Available for domestic orders placed through an AIIZ administrator.
To complete a credit or debit card
payment, please prepare the following information:
- Card number
- Cardholder’s full name (as shown on the card) and card issuer
- Card expiry date
- CVV number (the
3-digit security code printed on the back of the card) - One-Time Password (OTP), which may be required by your card issuer for verification in some
cases
At this time, payment using multiple
cards is not supported.
Credit and debit card payments are subject to authorization by the card issuer.
Once your payment is successfully completed, a confirmation screen displaying your reference number will appear. You will also receive an order confirmation according to your selected ordering channel.
If the payment is declined by the card issuer, the transaction will not be completed and your order will not be processed.
At this time, VAT refund is not available for AIIZ online purchases made by foreign passport holders.
Shipping
Shipping fees and delivery time vary depending on the delivery destination and order value.
Domestic Shipping:
- Free delivery for orders of THB 1,000 and above
- Ashipping fee of THB 50 applies to orders below THB 1,000
- Bangkok and Metropolitan Area: Delivery within 2–3 business days
- Other Provinces: Delivery within 3–5 business days
International Shipping:
- Shipping fees are calculated based on shipment weight and destination
- Delivery time varies by destination and shipping method
- The applicable shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout and billed together with the order
Estimated delivery times vary
depending on the delivery destination.
- Bangkok and Metropolitan Area: Delivery within 2–3 business days
- Other Provinces: Delivery within 3–5 business days
- International Delivery: Delivery within 20–25 business days•
Please note that delivery times may be longer during promotional periods, public holidays, or due to customs clearance for international shipments.
Note: AIIZ works with third-party logistics providers for order delivery. Delivery timelines are subject to the service standards of the assigned courier.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, you may track the shipment directly with our delivery partner at https://www.flashexpress.co.th/
Alternatively, you may contact AIIZ Customer Service for assistance. Our team will help coordinate with the delivery provider to follow up on your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Products purchased online for domestic delivery may be exchanged within 15 days from the date stated on the receipt.
- Exchanges made via AIIZ Customer Service will be subject to an exchange fee of THB 50.
- Exchanges made at AIIZ stores are free of charge
(excluding department store counters). - If the replacement item is of a higher value, the price difference will be charged.
Note : Exchanges are limited to one time per order.
AIIZ accepts returns for online purchases with domestic delivery only.
Returned items must be sent via registered mail or EMS only. Please review our Exchange & Return Policy for detailed terms and conditions.
- Items exchanged at AIIZ stores are not eligible for cash refunds.
- Items returned to AIIZ via postal service will be refunded to the original payment method only.

AIIZ Online items shipped within Thailand can be exchanged or returned within 15 days from the date stated on the receipt. A receipt is required for all exchange or return requests.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
All exchanges and returns must comply with AIIZ Exchange/Return Policies.
Please note that internationally shipped AIIZ Online items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Exchange requests cannot be processed via email. Once an order is confirmed, it will be processed immediately.
To request an exchange, please follow our Exchange/Return Policy or visit any AIIZ store.
You may exchange your item for a different model at the same price with an exchange fee of THB 50.
If the new item is priced higher, the price difference will need to be paid.If the new item is priced lower, the price difference will not be refunded.
Once your returned item arrives at the AIIZ warehouse, the exchange process will take up to 7 business days.
After our team has inspected and approved the item, the exchanged product will be shipped accordingly.

Note : Returns will only be accepted if a completed return form is included in the

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a defect, AIIZ will assist you promptly through our customer care process.
In cases where the issue is caused by AIIZ, we take full responsibility. Please contact AIIZ Customer Care to report the issue. Our team may request additional information—such as product photos and images of the packaging—to help us review and resolve the case as efficiently as possible.
Once you have sent the returned item via your local postal service, the delivery time will depend on the shipping provider’s process.
Please note that AIIZ is unable to control the transit time for items being returned to our warehouse.
At this time, AIIZ is unable to issue tax refund documents for tourists or overseas orders.

Promo Code

Password (OTP) system for online transactions. Before your payment is confirmed, a
6-digit OTP will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number to verify
your identity. This added step helps prevent unauthorized use of your credit or

You can register as an AIIZ Online member by creating an account on our registration page and completing your personal details, such as your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address.
Please ensure that the email address you use is active, as it will be used to receive updates, news, and exclusive promotions from AIIZ.
Alternatively, you can register easily using Facebook Login for a quicker, one-click sign-up.
You can reset your password on the login page by clicking “Forgot Password” and entering the email address you used to register.
We’ll send a password reset link to that email so you can create a new password.
Simply enter your email address and submit to be the first to receive news, promotions, and exclusive privileges from AIIZ.
Stay up to date by subscribing to the AIIZ newsletter via the footer on our website.
You do not need to register as a member before making a purchase. You can place an order on AIIZ Online as a guest by simply adding items to your shopping cart.
However, we recommend registering as a member to enjoy exclusive privileges. Once you sign in on your next visit, your information will be saved automatically, making future purchases faster and more convenient.
