Refund policy

Products purchased online for domestic delivery may be exchanged within 15 days from the date stated on the receipt.

  •  Exchanges made via AIIZ Customer Service will be subject to an exchange fee of THB 50.
  • Exchanges made at AIIZ stores are free of charge (excluding department store counters).
  • If the replacement item is of a higher value, the price difference will be charged.

Note: Exchanges are limited to one time per order.
